Restaurant Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for someone who has a passion for gastronomy and who enjoys managing our Esszimmer restaurant and developing it further with us.

In our Esszimmer restaurant, which seats around 90 people, we cook as we would for our loved ones at home. Our cuisine is North German, down-to-earth, with a penchant for special combinations and fine details, garnished with a pinch of passion. Whenever possible, we use products from the region.

We are looking for someone with a passion for gastronomy who enjoys managing our Esszimmer restaurant and developing it further with us.

Your tasks

  • Management of the service team
  • Implementation of our new, expanded catering concept
  • Maintaining the cash register system
  • Optimisation of restaurant capacity utilisation
  • Development, quality improvement and control
  • Realisation of sales and marketing projects
  • Training the service team
  • Merchandise management and purchasing
  • Operational support in service

  • You enjoy working with people and have a warm personality
  • You already have management experience and can inspire your team
  • Your leadership style is characterised by humanity
  • You are open to new things and like to implement ideas
  • You love the North Sea
