Our ESSZIMMER opens its doors in the evening and invites you on a culinary journey through our wonderful region: Eiderstedt, North Friesland and Northern Germany. Experience a relaxed and wonderful culinary evening with fine North German cuisine, creatively prepared with the best ingredients from our regional suppliers and enjoy the programme that our kitchen and service team has lovingly prepared for you.

The quaint and lovingly designed parlour of the traditional Frisian house - that was the Pesel - and in honourable tradition we have modelled our restaurant on this beautiful idea. And consequently, in our Pesel we serve good, honest Frisian cuisine without a lot of frills (that's what we call it here ...).
Enjoy Frisian classics and regional specialities - including home-baked cakes and fresh Frisian waffles in the afternoon - in our uncomplicated interpretation.
Your start to the day is well prepared with us: Our generous gourmet buffet offers a lovingly compiled selection of prized regional products: from freshly baked goods to a large selection of homemade delicatessen salads, sweet and savoury spreads, variations of smoked fish and fish salads, regional cheese and sausage specialities to freshly prepared egg dishes, raw vegetables, fresh fruit and a large selection of cereals, everything is included.
We are just as happy to offer our regionally influenced, selected and extensive gourmet breakfast to our house guests as we are to registered external guests.
Do you suddenly crave a small snack late in the evening or do you urgently need a cup of tea in the morning before breakfast? Or would you like to pour yourself a well-earned first beer after a walk and enjoy it on the balcony as the sun goes down? We know all about that. That's why our house bars and the Giftbude provide you with small delicacies, refreshing drinks and useful little lifesavers around the clock. Help yourself in a simple and uncomplicated way! By the way, we have deliberately kept the prices small so that they fit on the beer mats on which they are labelled.
